What Sunshine bathrooms usually need
Sunshine is one of the older established suburbs in the west, and its housing runs from post-war brick and weatherboard through to 1960s and 1970s builds, with a steady layer of newer townhouse infill on top. That gives us three fairly distinct jobs in the one postcode.
In the original homes the bathroom is often the last untouched room: a bath under the window with a shower over it, tiling to about head height, and a separate toilet.
